What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on used vehicles including both gasoline and diesel engines.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems such as powertrain electrical suspension brakes steering and HVAC.
- Use schematics and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
- Repair or replace components using hand tools power tools and other automotive repair equipment.
- Maintain detailed repair records complete work orders promptly and communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Valid Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems.
- Experience with automotive diagnostic software and reading schematics.
- Ability to use hand tools power tools lifts and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures for a variety of makes and models.
