Data Analyst

At Noda were building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter faster and safer. Were now looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.

Your mission:

• Analyze large volumes of user interaction data across banking products uncover insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Create and maintain regular analytical and management reporting.

• Formulate and validate hypotheses through A/B testing.

• Collaborate with product managers data engineers and account managers to solve product-related challenges.

• Contribute to the launch of new high-potential business initiatives.

Your skills and experience:

• Advanced SQL skills including experience working with large datasets and writing optimized queries.

• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimental analysis.

• Experience building reports in BI tools (preferably Power BI).

• Experience in process optimization and automation.

• Ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.

• Strong communication skills including stakeholder management and the ability to clearly present results to non-technical audiences.

• Russian native/fluent.

• English Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:

• Experience with Git

• Skills of Machine Learning

• Work experience in Fintech/Payments
