The Role
Were hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Production Manager to lead daily operations across a high-volume print production environment. Youll manage a team of 30 operators oversee multiple equipment lines and ensure jobs move efficiently from start to finish.
This is a front-line leadership roleyoure on the floor setting the pace reinforcing standards and driving results every day.
What Youll Do
- Lead day-to-day production to ensure on-time high-quality job completion
- Manage coach and hold accountable a team of 30 production operators
- Monitor throughput efficiency and qualityand take action when targets arent met
- Adjust staffing and workflow to keep production moving and minimize downtime
- Address performance issues directly and consistently
- Partner with scheduling maintenance and quality teams to keep operations aligned
- Reinforce safety organization and production standards across the floor
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of management experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience in print or equipment-driven environments preferred but not required
- A hands-on no-nonsense leadership styleyou lead from the floor not the office
- Strong ability to drive accountability and results through others
- Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Organized action-oriented and focused on hitting production goals
