Job Summary
Job Overview
Under guidance supports credit risk management activities by evaluating customer creditworthiness monitoring exposure reviewing billing and payment activity and supporting credit decisions in accordance with corporate credit policy. Partners with Sales Billing and Collections to mitigate financial risk and support timely revenue realization.
Essential Functions
Performs customer credit assessments by reviewing financial information payment history credit limits and contractual terms.
Monitors customer credit exposure aging and payment behavior to identify emerging credit risk and recommend appropriate actions.
Reviews billing and invoicing activity to identify discrepancies disputed charges or issues impacting customer payment.
Partners cross functionally to resolve credit issues disputes and payment delays while balancing risk and customer relationships.
Support other risk management and collection activities as needed.
Required Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with crossfunctional partners
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Or equivalent in Finance/Accounting Req
Four (4) years experience in general/ revenue accounting contract administration or billing. Req
Familiarity with financial reporting systems.
Experience with Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Advanced level of english
Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
Strong organization skills.
