We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our newly established Regional Order Processing Center. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced evolving environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders while contributing to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the here
General Responsibilities
Accurately process customer orders in accordance with company policies and service level agreements.
Validate order details pricing and product availability before confirmation.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Supply Chain Finance) to resolve order-related issues.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain high data integrity in the order management system.
Support the implementation of new processes systems and tools as part of the centers startup phase.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Strong working knowledge of SAP and order processing relevant modules along the Order-to-Cash Workflow
Additional languages are a plus
Data Analytics Capabilities (Python Excel Power BI) are a plus
Customer Clearance knowledge and processing are a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Education
Bachelors degree in Business Operations Supply Chain or related field.
5 or more years of experience in order processing customer operations or related functions.
Experience in a startup or transformation environment is a plus.
