As a Process Automation & ServiceNow Adoption Apprentice you will contribute to driving the adoption and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform across the organization. Your contribution will be key in fostering a strong user community enhancing engagement and ensuring successful deployment of automation initiatives. You will support the promotion of ServiceNow capabilities coordinate communication and training initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to increase awareness usage and value realization of process automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Adoption & Community Management:
- Support the deployment and adoption of ServiceNow modules.
- Contribute to building and animating a ServiceNow user community (champions network key users ambassadors Business Process Owners).
- Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities to enhance user experience and platform value.
- Monitor adoption KPIs and prepare reporting dashboards to track engagement and performance.
Communication & Change Management:
- Develop and coordinate communication plans to promote ServiceNow initiatives (newsletters intranet content release notes campaigns).
- Organize and support roadshows webinars demos and awareness sessions to showcase automation capabilities.
- Create user-friendly communication materials (guides FAQs presentations videos).
- Ensure alignment of communication with global IT and HR transformation strategies.
Training & Enablement:
- Coordinate and support training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and e-learning content.
- Identify training needs and propose learning initiatives to increase platform autonomy.
- Support onboarding of new users and teams to ServiceNow processes.
Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and simplification.
- Analyze user journeys and pain points to propose optimization actions.
- Work closely with IT teams and external providers to ensure smooth implementation of improvements.
- Contribute to testing and validation of new features before deployment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital transformation process automation and change management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive collaborative and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in English both written and spoken.
