The Ideal Candidate
The successful Head of Engineering will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have strong experience teaching Engineering or DT across KS3KS5
Demonstrate leadership experience or readiness to lead a subject area
Be passionate about innovation design and applied learning
Have excellent organisational and communication skills
