  • Monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback

  • Supporting language enrichment activities and cultural events

  • Contributing to curriculum planning within the department

  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Supporting pupils individual learning needs through personalised teaching

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Have strong subject knowledge in Spanish

  • Be confident teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • Be able to inspire enthusiasm for language learning

  • Work effectively within a collaborative teaching team

  • Be committed to ongoing professional development
