In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations (Level 2/3 Food Safety certificate preferred)
Ability to inspire challenge and engage students with both the practical and theoretical aspects of the subject
Commitment to contributing to the wider school community including bake-offs catering for school events or healthy eating initiatives
