Join the first venture capital firm built like a technology company. You will design and ship production-grade AI agents that revolutionize how SignalFire sources deals and supports founders. Reporting to former Meta and Reddit product leaders you will define the AI roadmap and build infrastructure using the proprietary Beacon platform tracking 650M employees.

What you will do:

Design prototype and deploy production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
Embed with internal teams to act as a strategic technical advisor tailoring AI models to specific business needs across marketing talent and data.
Integrate complex AI solutions into the Beacon platform and existing cloud infrastructure to provide an unmatched data advantage in the startup ecosystem.

The ideal candidate:

5-7 years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in backend Python and shipping clean production-grade code.
Hands-on experience building agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex or CrewAI and optimizing LLM performance.
Exceptional communication skills to consult with non-technical stakeholders and a scrappy founder-level mindset that thrives in ambiguous environments.
