The Role
The school is seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support students with behavioural and emotional needs. You will work closely with pastoral teams to provide targeted interventions and help students engage positively with their education.
Key Responsibilities
Support students with behaviour and emotional challenges
Deliver targeted mentoring and intervention programmes
Work closely with pastoral staff and teaching teams
Monitor and track student progress and behaviour
Build strong relationships with students and families
Support the implementation of behaviour policies
Promote a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements
Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
Patient resilient and supportive approach
Commitment to inclusion and student wellbeing
