HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to join in one of our store teams in Gaia ECI for the new opening HUGO BLUE!.
- Retail experience 2 years.
- 35 hours per week. 5 days 7 hours per day. 12:00 a 20:00 (1h para comer)
- 2 dia libranza; Domingos siempre y 1 diarotativa cada 6 semanas finde semana largo.
- Domingos se abonarian a parte en nomina
- Shop in Shop experience (ECI Experience).
- English C1 Advantage Level.
- Young mentality Confortable with new fashion retail.
In your role as a Sales Associate you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.
- To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
- To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
- To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price location features benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise
- To ensure all customers orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
- To optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customers attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunities
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehousing environment
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
