The OpportunityWe are looking for a senior Business Development Manager to lead commercial development in Switzerland and across Europe.
This is a high-impact entrepreneurial role ideal for someone who combines industry expertise strong network and deal-making capabilities to drive adoption of innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify approach and close new business opportunities within the poultry and agricultural sector
- Leverage an existing network to accelerate commercial development
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Promote and sell a portfolio of AI-driven and technology solutions (productivity optimization monitoring automation)
- Build long-term partnerships with farms distributors and key industry stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on operational efficiency and innovation
- Work closely with the founder to define and execute the European go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to expansion into additional industries over time
Your Profile
- 10 years of B2B business development or sales experience
- Strong background in poultry agriculture or agri-tech
- Proven track record in developing business and closing deals
- Established network within the Swiss or European agricultural ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working in a lean / startup environment
- Ability to sell innovative or technical solutions (AI automation IoT drones)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Fluent in English and German French and Italianare a plus
