At Covalo were looking for a Senior Growth Manager to help scale user acquisition traffic and revenue. Youll be joining at a pivotal stage where youll have a crucial role: the foundations are in place data is abundant and the focus is now on accelerating growth.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing sales customer experience and data. Your mission is to systematically grow the funnel identify scalable acquisition channels and improve how interactions turn into qualified opportunities. You will combine analytical thinking experimentation and hands-on execution leveraging the latest technologies to discover what drives growth and double down on it. Youll work across two distinct audiences buyers and suppliers and a product that goes far beyond what initially meets the eye.
This role is fully remote within commuting distance of Lisbon or Zurich with occasional in-person team meetups.
Tasks
- Identify test and prioritize the most promising acquisition channels and growth levers to increase traffic signups leads and revenue
- Identify the levers for each ICP. Segment audiences and adapt acquisition strategies and messaging to their specific needs
- Develop and test growth hypotheses through rapid experiments across channels messaging and distribution. Continuously evaluate results double down on what works and quickly abandon what doesnt.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel data to uncover growth opportunities and actionable insights
- Leverage AI and state-of-the-art tools to automate workflows integrate data connect insights and scale experimentation
- Work with Sales to improve lead qualification and lead generation quality
- Define growth targets and KPIs. Calculate & optimise CAC LTV and conversion rates
- Build and maintain analytics tracking systems and growth dashboards to support data-driven decisions and communicate them to leadership.

Requirements
Were looking for someone who combines analytical drive critical thinking and relentless execution.
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have 5 years in growth roles (preferably B2B or SaaS/marketplace - startup or scale-up experience is a plus)
- Have experience owning or leading acquisition lead generation and funnel optimization
- Results driven with a track record of running initiatives that led to measurable traffic engagement or revenue growth
- Comfortable experimenting aggressively and learning quickly from what works and what doesnt
- Have hands-on experience and enjoy getting your hands dirty with execution not just strategy
- Strong analytical skills combined with an ability to turn data into actionable insights and prioritize opportunities.
- Driven by data obsessed with optimization and able to combine creative thinking with rigorous measurement to craft the right message for each ICP.
- Experienced in growth analytics - namely cohort analysis funnel analysis A/B testing metrics - and comfortable building dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Experience with growth marketing sales and analytics tools (e.g. Clay Lemlist Amplemarket Claude CodeGoogle Analytics HubSpot Google Ads LinkedIn Ads)
- Able to connect and integrate tools to create efficient growth pipelines and seamless acquisition funnel (e.g. Zapier Make/Integromat)
- Love discovering new tools and technologies rethinking the way you work and do not miss an update on what AI can do for growth
