Job Description:
Automation API Tester (Manual/Automation)
- Design develop and maintain automation test frameworks using Java Selenium TestNG and Cucumber (BDD). Implement BDD test scenarios using Gherkin and collaborate with business and development teams to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements
- Automate API testing using Rest Assured for RESTful services Execute functional regression integration and end-to-end testing across web and backend systems
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives) and contribute to quality strategy
- Maintain test code using Git following best practices for version control and collaboration
- Continuously improve test coverage framework performance and overall QA processes
