Job Summary
Handle the overall Delivery Management for multiple projects within an account or a portfolio of accounts
Drive and deliver multiple analytical and Data Engineering projects to partner team across client requirement
Take the lead on problem scoping vendor resource planning solution design sprints solution development QA & Implementation.
Set up processes for delivery including program documentation Internal/external review & quality assurance
Set up the offshore team by interacting with multiple internal stakeholders such as talent management administration & operations teams
Ensure thought leadership by working with Data Science/Analytics/Engineering SMEs to bring in best practices
Collaborate with L&D team for scaling up the teams technical capabilities and to identify technology vendor partnerships wherever applicable
Set up & drive overall Governance at both Steering Committee as well Program Management Office level through relevant KPIs / metrics & agents.
