We are currently hiring an Assistant Plant Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role working directly on the plant floor while assisting with coordination logistics and team leadership.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily plant operations and production activities
- Support plant setup and workflow coordination
- Work alongside production teams on the floor
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain efficiency across multiple production lines
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Step into leadership responsibilities as needed
- 5 years experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of plant operations and workflow
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced setting
- $70000 $90000 per year (based on experience)
