Location: Brampton (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Delivery & Operations Lead with experience in banking and credit card platforms. This role focuses on managing production support ensuring system stability and leading incident management in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end service delivery for credit card platforms

Handle and resolve P1/P2 incidents and perform root cause analysis

Ensure system performance availability and SLA adherence

Work with AWS services and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
-
Follow ITIL processes including incident problem and change management
-
Collaborate with business engineering and support teams
-
Lead and support L2/L3 teams and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Required Skills:

10 years in IT operations or production support

Experience in banking or credit card systems
-
Knowledge of AWS (EC2 S3 RDS IAM VPC CloudWatch)

Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools

Understanding of ITIL processes

Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools
