Job Summary

Job Title: Delivery & Operations Lead (Credit Card Platforms)
Location: Brampton (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Delivery & Operations Lead with experience in banking and credit card platforms. This role focuses on managing production support ensuring system stability and leading incident management in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end service delivery for credit card platforms

  • Handle and resolve P1/P2 incidents and perform root cause analysis

  • Ensure system performance availability and SLA adherence

  • Work with AWS services and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace

  • Follow ITIL processes including incident problem and change management

  • Collaborate with business engineering and support teams

  • Lead and support L2/L3 teams and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 10 years in IT operations or production support

  • Experience in banking or credit card systems

  • Knowledge of AWS (EC2 S3 RDS IAM VPC CloudWatch)

  • Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools

  • Understanding of ITIL processes

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools
