Job Summary
Whats the role
This is a full-time leadership role based in Suva Fiji leading the Corporate and Commercial Banking portfolio for Westpac Fiji. Relocation support is available for Australian based employees who are considering a move.
Youll be accountable for setting and delivering the strategy across corporate and commercial banking balancing growth customer outcomes and risk. Youll lead a team of senior leaders and relationship managers building capability lifting performance and creating a culture where people feel supported to succeed.
Youll partner closely with regional stakeholders and regulators ensuring the business operates safely and responsibly while meeting Westpac Group standards. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your leadership experience build regional exposure and make a meaningful impact on customers colleagues and communities in Fiji.
What do I need
Leadership experience within corporate or commercial banking
Strong understanding of credit risk financial performance and governance
Ability to lead teams through change and deliver sustainable outcomes
Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
A customer focused approach with strong judgement and integrity
