Job Title: Sr. Product Manager Insurance & Billing Systems
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in the insurance domain and enterprise billing systems. This role requires a blend of product strategy Agile execution and stakeholder collaboration to drive delivery of scalable business-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision roadmap and measurable outcomes
- Manage and prioritize product backlog using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering QA and business teams for timely delivery
- Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Drive release planning and ensure smooth product delivery
- Use data and metrics to guide product decisions
Required Skills:
- Strong Product Management experience in insurance domain
- Knowledge of policy lifecycle underwriting claims and billing workflows
- Hands-on experience with invoicing billing cycles and payment reconciliation
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps)
- Experience with prioritization frameworks like RICE
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
