Job Summary:
- Position: Senior Change Manager (Organizational Change Management - OCM)
- Location: 100% Remote
- Employment: W2 only (No sponsorship No Corp-to-Corp)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end OCM delivery for two concurrent Oracle EPM Finance platform implementations.
- Establish and manage a Change Agent Network (CAN) within Finance teams (FP&A Corporate Control financial reporting).
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Finance users (Foundational Train-the-Trainer Super User End User).
- Design and execute structured communication plans tailored to Finance audiences.
- Address and manage stakeholder resistance especially in environments with prior failed implementations.
- Align OCM activities with technical program milestones by collaborating with business and technical leaders.
- Integrate migration and data change impacts into training and communication materials.
- Track and report on adoption training completion and stakeholder readiness; adjust plans based on feedback and data.
- Manage OCM activities across two programs ensuring communications are sequenced to avoid audience fatigue.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT HR or related field.
- 7 years of change management experience including 3 years supporting Finance/accounting stakeholders in enterprise system implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM implementations in Finance or accounting settings.
- Experience with FP&A or financial reporting platform migrations (user training data communications adoption tracking).
- Proven ability to manage OCM for programs with prior failed deployments including stakeholder re-engagement.
- Experience independently creating training materials (guides instructor-led content).
- Proficiency with structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR).
- Experience building/managing change agent networks in multi-function Finance organizations.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci ADKAR ACMP).
- Experience with Oracle EPM reconciliation platform implementations.
- Ability to explain Oracle EPM change impacts to non-technical users.
- Experience handling OCM for multiple concurrent implementations with overlapping Finance stakeholders.
- Background in retail consumer goods or multi-brand Finance environments.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for training and communications.
