Job Summary

**mix of 3p-11:30p and 11p-7:30a** 8 weeks Avg. Daily Census: 120 Ratios: Days 1:20; Nights 1:40; Weekends 1:20 Float Required: Will float between all 3 units of the building Weekend Coverage: EOW 8 week contract will be a total of 8 weekend shifts at every other weekend Patient Diagnoses: Mix of Long Term Care and Rehab Patients Certifications: BLS Skills: Skilled Nursing Facility/ Nursing Home Blood Glucose Monitoring/Testing Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Yes Years of Experience Required: 1 year - At least 1 year of LPN experience in LTC setting Locals Accepted - N must be > 75 miles Epic Required Any Scrub color is acceptable
