| Top Requirements (Must haves) | - IDEAL PROFILE IS SOMEONE WHOS COMPLETED A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REBRAND FULL LIFECYCLE
- Product Roadmap is NOT defined - Must be able to INFLUENCE ESTABLISH and EXECUTE ROADMAP FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REBRAND
- Has about 80% inventory for some domains but otherwise have nothing.
- Experience needed to come in and figure out how to prioritize.
- OWN FULL LIFECYCLE
- Need to be able to jump in intro to teams and navigate the organization/handle meetings independently. Carl will ramp up but shortly after need to run independently.
- Customer Experience Rebrand is focus for this TPM
- Does not need to be super technical enough to have good credibility but do not need to be an engineer.
- VERY IMPORTANT Strong organizational skills. Track inventory design track the build track the testing track when its deployment ready. The FULL LIFECYCLE.
- MUST HAVE exp presenting these updates to Sr. Leadership
- Ideally want someone who knows AirTable (this is a plus)
- Keeping statuses updated in AirTable and make it presentable.
- Almost all teams will have a note that says REBRAND - what are the details for this engineering team.
- Must have experience with JIRA
- Good Experience with PowerPoint.
- Experience with both Agile & Waterfall (LC is a blend of both)
- Good understanding of SAFe principals and scrum certifications are not required.
- Overall larger project will be Sharepoint heavy.
- NEED fast paced companies experience
- This project is very unique and specific.
- Ideal - someone who has done a rebrand digital side mobile websites etc influence establish and execute roadmap.
- Someone with mindset of I OWN IT is important
