Job Summary

Job Title : Java Developer (JPA Hibernate PL/SQL Application Servers 13 Years)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and developing applications using Java Development Kit (JDK 8 or higher).
Strong expertise in writing maintaining and optimizing code utilizing Java Persistence API (JPA) and Hibernate.
Extensive experience working with Oracle 10g or higher including database development and advanced use of DML DDL DCL and PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing user interfaces using PrimeFaces/JSF and/or the Angular framework.
Demonstrated ability to identify analyze and resolve application performance and scalability issues.
Solid experience in designing developing and deploying applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server (6.0) Apache Tomcat (9) and JBoss Application Server (7).
Proven experience in developing implementing and integrating systems within the criminal justice domain at the state or federal level including areas such as disposition processing fingerprint identification criminal history management sex offender tracking wanted/missing persons tracking and offender supervision initiatives.
