- Role:Technical Analyst IT/GIS
- Location - Detroit MI(onsite)
- Type of emp: C2C
- Experience 8 to10 Years
JD:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support and extend Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for BRM workflows.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers; manage network connectivity and security for BRM services in collaboration with other teams.
- Integrate and maintain ArcGIS services and spatial data pipelines.
- Monitor system health perform patching backups and incident response.
- Document designs solutions and deliver knowledge transfers.
- Required skills (must-have) -
- Microsoft Power Apps; Power Automate; Power Platform admin experience.
- Server administration basics: Windows Server and Linux (shell services virtualization).
- Networking fundamentals: routing switching firewalls VPNs.
- ArcGIS Server/Portal experience and spatial data management.
- Scripting (PowerShell Python) and REST API integration.
- Preferred skills (nice-to-have) - Short list of differentiators.
- Azure AD Azure Functions Dataverse Gen II CI/CD for Power Platform.
- ArcGIS Pro ArcPy experience with geodatabases.
- ITIL or BRM experience.
- Outcomes and success metrics - With in 3 months (Reduced cycle-times for incidents and requests).
- Logistics - Location remote available for Client core hrs
