Job Summary
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:Analyze business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer and client support in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client with team members on project tasks to ensure successful process changes and improvements for future process-related insights and recommendations to and apply process optimization methodologies informed about industry trends related to customer experience.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 3 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 1 year in a similar roleProven experience in business process services and data analysisProficiencies in data manipulation and interpretationA continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Excel Specialist Business Analytics Foundations) a plus
