Job Title: Senior Executive – Sales Coordinator
Location: Delhi
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales processes tracking leads coordinating with
internal teams and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate sales personnel
• Maintain and regularly update CRM systems for tracking inquiries lead status and follow ups.
• Manage and process incoming sales leads especially through tender platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to obtain timely feedback and monitor follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth flow of information between clients sales representatives and internal
departments.
• Track day-to-day operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify and escalate risks conflicts or issues to senior management when necessary.
Understanding of PO and basic terms Process of the PO as per set guideline. Maintain the tracker
of PO and dispatch plan.
• Provide regular updates progress reports and insights to the sales management team.
• Prepare reports dashboards and documentation for internal review and decision making.
• Utilize MS Excel effectively for data tracking reporting and analysis.
• Maintain clear and professional communication both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales coordination sales support or operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables charts data analysis etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
