- Ensure system stability security and performance after entry into operations
- Provide second-level support for incidents problems and service requests
- Perform corrective adaptive preventive and perfective maintenance
- Monitor system performance and respond proactively to alerts
- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams for deployments and improvements
- Work with DBAs architects and operational teams on configuration and change management
- Participate in release and change management processes
- Contribute to incident analysis documentation and knowledge sharing
- Maintain runbooks and support knowledge transfer activities
- Provide support for middleware and integration components such as APIs messaging systems identity management and web platforms
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Release Event Knowledge Management)
- Experience with ITSM tools
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with container orchestration and observability tools
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration management
- Knowledge of APIs middleware integration platforms and identity and access management
