Job Summary

Greetings

We are hiring for this dispatch project candidates will be interviewed and also BGV is applicable for employment education criminal check address proof. Should have valid work permit

Site Locations:

Morgan Street Wagga Wagga 2650

Coleman Street Wagga Wagga NSW 2650

Swift St Albury NSW 2640

Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis

SLA: SBD and NBD support

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of AV systems meeting room technologies and video conferencing solutions.

Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments.

Basic Desktop and networking knowledge (LAN cabling connectivity troubleshooting).

Exposure to EUC support device management and onsite IT operations.

Ability to support non-Windows and non-Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.

Excellent customer service communication and documentation skills
