Job Summary

Job Description:
Optimization Modeling: Translate complex real-world business constraints and rules into mathematical models and algorithms using the Quintiq Modeler.
Algorithm Development: Design and implement optimization logic (linear programming heuristic search constraint programming) to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost reduction machine utilization or scheduling efficiency.
Configuration & Implementation: Configure DELMIA Quintiq applications (Scheduler Macro Planner Logistics Workforce) to meet client-specific needs.
Performance Tuning: Analyze and improve the performance of the optimizer to ensure fast reliable and high-quality planning solutions.
Research & Improvement: Participate in research projects to identify new improved methodologies for existing optimization technologies.
Collaboration: Work with business consultants to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
