業務内容
本ポジションはCRM事業部内に新設された Strategy Management Office戦略マネジメントオフィスにおける募集ですDigital Strategy Leadとして経営層営業部門本社ファンクション部門と密に連携しながら事業部全体のDigital / AI戦略およびロードマップの策定から実行定着までを一気通貫でリードしていただきます単なる企画立案にとどまらず業務変革の実行責任を持ち現場に変化を生み出す役割を担う影響力と裁量の大きなポジションです
現状業務プロセスの可視化およびAs-Is分析
事業戦略と連動したDigital /AI戦略ロードマップTo-Beの策定
ロードマップに基づく業務効率化業務高度化の推進
AI活用に関するガイドラインの策定
Digital /AIに関する社内向け教育啓発活動の企画および推進
新規Digital /AIプロジェクトの企画立ち上げ推進
Digital /AIプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメントおよびチェンジマネジメント
Digital /AIに関する国内外のベストプラクティスの収集共有展開
事業部内各チームに対してのDigitalizationに関するコンサルティングやアドバイス

Job Experience
ヘルスケア業界でのDigital /AIに関するプロジェクト企画実行経験
部門横断プロジェクトをリードした経験
組織変革を推進したチェンジマネジメントの経験
英語での実務経験(ビジネスプレゼンテーション及び電話会議による交渉 等)
Skill / Knowledge
医療業界医療機器ビジネスの理解
プロジェクトマネージメントスキル
