Exciting Opportunity: Community Director
Location: Vail Colorado (River Run Apartments)
CORY is partnering with Texas Capital Partners who is hiring a high-impact leader execution-focused Community Director to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established private equity investment and development group specializing in multi-family housing.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Overseeing entire operations for a 117-unit asset.
Drive occupancy monitor market conditions
Recruit train and develop on-site staff
Implement initiatives that improve retention and community engagement
Own the property budget and support monthly reporting and variance analysis
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
3-5 years in multifamily property management
Proven leadership and team management
Strong operational and financial acumen
Experience with property management systems (Yardi)
Bilingual in Spanish
Perks and Benefits Youll Receive:
Base salary up to $105000 plus additional incentives based on experience.
