Do you want to play an influential part in the career journeys of our Consumer Shopper and Engagement team

Training and development is such a gift and as a Training Specialist your work is directly bringing a positive experience to LEGO consumers around the world!

This role is a 6-month fixed term contract. This opportunity is based in our Slough UK office. Weoffer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from is no relocation support for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver face to face and virtual training that is engaging supportive and facilitates strong learning transfer

  • Using instructional design methodologies (A.D.D.I.E) design interactive and diverse learning journeys and/or training experiences for face to face and virtual classrooms that appeal to all learning styles and check learning retention along the way

  • Own full end to end process for training projects and larger Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) projects

  • Training material and process maintenance

  • Build strong stakeholder management collaboration and communication with areas of CSE

  • Drive collaborative working relationships with counterparts in the United States Berlin Singapore and Shanghai

  • Support the evaluation of training needs for the EMEA CSE employees

A high priority for this role will be post induction training which will ensure employees receive the best ongoing support in their career journey.

Do you have what it takes

  • Demonstrable experience in developing training programs using the ADDIE methodology

  • Understanding of digital training development with experience using Articulate 360 a distinct advantage.

  • Experience within a contact centre is essential

  • Prior experience in instructional design and training material content creation for both face to face and virtual training

  • Working in a global organisation you will occasionally work outside of normal working hours to facilitate training or attend meetings. early or late meetings or trainings.

  • Adept at developing strong working relationships with colleagues and other teams across the business all over the world

  • Brings a creative innovative and change ready mind to the training atmosphere

  • Fast agile thinker

  • Has a continuous improvement mindset and is ready to challenge the status quo while always striving for improvement innovation and taking action on those ideas
