Training Delivery Manager

Due to the nature of this role you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What youll be doing

• Provide people leadership for the delivery of Royal Navy Training accountable to the Regional Training Manager for KPIs and training outcomes.
• Identify and embed good and best practice to ensure systematic safe highquality and harmonised training delivery.
• Act as a key tactical leader balancing training output with trainee experience quality and outcome targets.
• Lead and linemanage Delivery Team Leads overseeing training delivery and operational coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and across the Royal Navy training area.
• Use performance data and insight (including InVal ExVal and thirdparty sources) to drive continuous improvement across RN training.

Essential:

• Established leadership experience.

• Working knowledge of defence training
• Results-oriented with the ability to drive quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of training.
