1. Lead the establishment of the comprehensive hardware testing framework for electronic hardware products throughout their entire lifecycle including the formulation of testing strategies development of test plans and the design and optimization of test casesto ensure comprehensive coverage across core dimensions such as circuit functionality component selection Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) reliability and performance.

2. Actively participate in hardware product requirements reviews design solution reviews and schematic/PCB reviews; identify potential design risks from a testing perspective; propose targeted improvement recommendations; and drive the optimization of product designs.

3. Independently set up and debug complex hardware testing environments; skillfully utilize specialized test instrumentssuch as oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers network analyzers multimeters and electronic loadsto conduct board-level testing system-level testing environmental reliability testing (covering high/low temperatures humidity vibration shock etc.) and EMC testing (covering ESD surge radiated emissions etc.).

4. Responsible for locating reproducing and analyzing hardware faults during testing; collaborating with the hardware R&D team to close the problem loop; outputting professional test reports and fault analysis reports; and accumulating testing experience and a case library.

5. Leading the development of hardware testing standards and specifications optimizing testing processes introducing automated testing tools and technologies and improving testing efficiency and accuracy.

6. Guiding junior/intermediate test engineers in their work sharing testing techniques and project experience building a team testing capability system and promoting the professional growth of the testing team.

7. Tracking new technologies and methods in hardware testing in the electronics industry (such as AI-assisted testing and high-speed signal testing) applying them in conjunction with product characteristics and continuously improving the technical competitiveness of the testing team.



Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree or above in Electronic Engineering Microelectronics Automation Communication Engineering or related fields with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in hardware testing (Masters degree holders may have 3 years of experience).

2. Professional Skills:

- Proficient in electronic circuit principles and analog/digital circuit analysis; familiar with the characteristics and testing methods of common components (resistors capacitors inductors chips sensors etc.); able to independently interpret schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.

- Proficient in core hardware testing technologies including board-level functional testing power integrity (PI)/signal integrity (SI) testing EMC testing and reliability testing (MTBF calculation accelerated aging testing etc.); capable of designing test solutions for complex scenarios.

- Proficient in operating various testing instruments (oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers logic analyzers EMC testing systems high and low temperature chambers etc.); able to independently complete test environment setup instrument calibration and data acquisition and analysis.

- Possess certain test automation development capabilities; able to write test scripts using tools such as Python and LabVIEW; or have experience in building automated testing platforms.

- Familiarity with ISO/IEC standards EMC-related standards (e.g. CE FCC CCC) and reliability testing standards (e.g. IEC 60068 MIL-STD); experience with product certification testing is preferred.

3. Project Experience:

- Experience leading the end-to-end hardware testing process for consumer electronics industrial control systems and IoT hardware products (e.g. smart terminals sensor modules power modules communication equipment).

- Proven track record in fault localization and analysis for complex hardware products including assisting R&D teams in resolving challenging issues such as high-speed signal interference EMC non-compliance and reliability failures.

4. General Competencies:

- Strong logical thinking problem analysis and problem-solving skills; capable of efficiently driving project testing progress in high-pressure environments.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of cross-team collaboration effectively working with the R&D department to drive problem-solving through a closed-loop process.

- Strong self-motivation and learning ability; passionate about keeping up with new technologies and trends in the electronics industry; and a willingness to continuously improve professional skills.

- Excellent documentation skills; able to clearly and systematically produce test plans test cases test reports and other documents.

- Good spoken English.
