CRD Careers is partnering with a top regional law firm to hire a Help Desk Technician in Bergen County NJ.
This is a hands-on user-facing role for someone who can keep systems running smoothly while delivering calm professional support in a fast-paced legal environment.
What Youll Do
Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware software and mobile devices
Troubleshoot Windows 11 Microsoft 365 and business applications
Support Teams and Zoom video conferencing
Log track and resolve tickets in a help desk system
Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation
Assist with office buildouts and occasional travel to other locations
Deliver white-glove support to internal users
Qualifications :
What you bring:
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment (required)
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook Word)
Experience with iManage is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Stable work history (no heavy contract hopping)
