Job Summary
Main Responsibilities
Develop maintain and deliver Power BI reports to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
Perform SAP material master and customer master data maintenance ensuring accuracy and compliance with business standards.
Support SAP process troubleshooting: Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
Contribute to process development and improvement initiatives involving SAP and related systems.
Document processes workflows and changes to promote clarity and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Utilise SharePoint for process development and reporting needs enhancing collaboration and information management
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree and 3-5 years experience in relevant fields
Key Knowledge & Skills
Strong Power BI skills (required): Proficient in data modelling report creation and dashboard development.
Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Attention to detail: Commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
Problem-solving & process analysis: Capable of identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
Independent working: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal abilities ensuring clear information sharing across teams.
Preferred skills
Experience with SAP (MM / SD modules): Prior exposure is beneficial but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Experience with SharePoint: Familiarity is advantageous; on-the-job learning opportunities are available
