Job Summary
Were looking for a Sr. Manager FP&A to join our expanding team and act as the dedicated financial partner for our Commercial teams. Reporting to the VP of FP&A you will be the key driver behind the financial health and strategic direction of our rapidly growing Measurement business. This is a high-visibility high-impact role that offers broad exposure across the entire business cycle giving you the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the business.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance preferably within the Technology or SaaS industry.
- A degree in finance accounting or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and proven experience owning the budget forecast and financial performance analysis cycle specifically with revenue forecasting and analysis.
- Demonstrated Business Acumen and Operational Analysis Skills: A track record of translating complex financial results into actionable operational insights for commercial and product leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Technical Data Proficiency: Direct experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and/or extracting and analyzing data from data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake SQL databases).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven ability to present complex financial data to non-financial business partners and executive leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities work with initiative and thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Additional Information :
The anticipated annualised pay range for this role is $114800 to $143500 with annual on target annual bonus of $11480 to $14350. In addition this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
