Job Summary
- Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep the management fully informed on market conditions competitive situations regulatory changes and all activities on a timely basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the Sales & Marketing Lead on a timely basis.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with assigned accounts and territories.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and key stakeholder
- Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner.
- Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.
- Present specialized sales calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
- Execution excellence align to plan and strategy.
- Organise product workshops training sessions and deliver scientific product knowledge to customers
- Develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge at all times.
- Ensure all activities comply with AbbVies policies and compliance guidelines.
- Fully cooperate with other team members (marketing AMI sales coordinator medical affairs team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
- Support overall objectives of the business unit in addition to individual objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in science or a medical-related field; advanced qualifications in marketing pharmacy or a related area are highly desirable.
- Over 5 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry ideally within the aesthetic market.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation expertise.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for engaging a diverse customer base.
- Self-motivated capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Committed to integrity and compliance in all activities.
