We are seeking an Admin Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support across the hotel working closely with our Senior Leadership Team and operational department heads. This role is vital in ensuring our internal processes run efficiently while also supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and People & Culture Manager.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and databases ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Support operational departments with project coordination followups and administrative tasks.
- Assist in onboarding processes team recognition programmes and internal events.
- Lead and support the wellbeing team by coordinating wellbeing activities initiatives and communication across the hotel.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure smooth behindthescenes operations in a fastpaced hotel environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role within a hotel or hospitality property.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative work.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for supporting people and improving workplace culture.
