What Youll Do
- Plan and organise cleaning schedules to keep things running smoothly
- Lead team briefings and prepare daily work lists
- Make sure all housekeeping staff arrive on time and are ready to work
- Keep the team updated on room status changes
- Help manage staff reviews supplies and equipment
- Inspect guest rooms public areas and staff areas daily
- Ensure rooms and amenities meet high standards
- Check rooms and hallways fix any issues and release rooms to Front Office
- Manage stock lost property and guest enquiries
- Follow instructions from the Executive Housekeeper and report any issues
- Keep storage areas stocked and organised
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Experience in a housekeeping role
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Professional proactive and guest-focused mindset
