Handyperson - Maintenance 
You perform highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain the propertys facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

What you will be doing:
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on propertys facilities and equipment
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major concerns to management.

Comply with workplace health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:
Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable

Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required
