Handyperson

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyperson to join our maintenance team in Spring Hill this role you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and functional. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented efficient and able to handle diverse maintenance challenges.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry plumbing and basic electrical work
• Execute high-quality painting work on interior and exterior surfaces
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify and address maintenance issues
• Prepare surfaces for repairs or improvements including cleaning sanding and priming
• Install and repair fixtures fittings and furniture
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed
• Assist with grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks when required
• Document completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar maintenance role
• Proficiency in various maintenance techniques including carpentry plumbing and painting
• Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
