Mastery & Quality Integration: Develop a deep understanding of product design intent and critical quality control points. Master and document the entire manufacturing process including assembly testing and packing.
Technical Support: Provide immediate and effective technical support to the production team. Investigate and resolve red light cases and complex manufacturing problems related to process material and equipment.
Improvement (CI): Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement activities utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency product quality and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
& Digitalization: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop justify and implement automation and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. Drive initiatives to improve productivity and advance the factory towards Industry 4.0 standards.
Production Management: Assist the Production Manager in daily operational management ensuring production targets are met and supporting the team as needed.

degree or above in Mechanical Engineering related field
least 5 years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing engineering role within a relevant industry
