About the role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team at Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore. This is a full-time home-based role with the opportunity to earn a highly competitive uncapped commission structure. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.
What youll be doing
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of clients across a range of industries.
- Engage with and consult clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored talent solutions
- Source and screen high-quality candidates to match client requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interviewing shortlisting and successfully placing candidates
- Maintain and expand your professional network to continuously identify new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business
What were looking for
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in a recruitment or sales role preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements and client engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Driven resilient and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools
