Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 16 personnes au sein du département FGA en charge du Business Development Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering.

Cet apprentissage consistera à: supporter léquipe Business Development Compliance & AML Team dans le déploiement des valeurs Know Your Customer au sein dAirbus

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice) vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la méthodologie et des solutions Know Your Customer (KYC) au sein du groupe.

• Contribuer à lévaluation des clients (On boarding) en ligne avec la méthode KYC.

• Identifier classer et lancer des actions sur le backlog de clients qui nécessitent un screening et coordonner le suivi avec les équipes concernées.

• Préparer le rapport et suivre lattribution des licences de loutil de vérification de conformité (utilisateurs fonctions entités couvertes).

• Soutenir la transformation numérique - connexion entre les systèmes.

• Soutenir la communication de léquipe auprès de la communauté KYC.

• Travailler à la préparation dun support médiatique - (formation KYC en ligne guide utilisateur documentation HUB etc..)

• Participer à lélaboration dun agenda à la mise en place des actions et activement participer au remplacement de loutil de vérification de conformité.

• Être le Référent de loutil de vérification de conformité (point de contact des clients internes et externes).

• Soutenir le projet de mise en place dun nouvel outil de vérification de conformité

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC 4-5 dans le domaine du Management Finance Economie Droit Conformité Gestion de projet ou une discipline similaire pour un apprentissage dune durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Vous avez un bon esprit déquipe vous avez dexcellentes capacités de communication et vous êtes capable de travailler de manière indépendante.

• Vous savez vous adapter à différentes situations et vous êtes très bien organisé(e).

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : avancé

• Français/autre(s) langue(s) : un plus

Vous pourrez selon les offres proposées être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprentice Know Your Customer (KYC) implementation analyst (M/F) has just opened within International Finance Business Development Compliance on Blagnac site.

You will join a team of 16 people in the FGA department in charge of International Finance Business Development Compliance and AML Team.

This apprenticeship will consist in: joining the Business Development Compliance & AML Team and will be supporting the deployment of the Know Your Customer values within Airbus.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

Supporting the implementation of the Know Your Customer (KYC) methodology and Solutions within the Group.

Evaluating the customers (On-boarding) in line with the KYC assessment.

Identifying classifying and launching actions on the backlog of customers that necessitate a screening and coordinate the monitoring with relevant teams.

Preparing the report and monitoring board of the Compliance screeningTool licences attribution (users functions and covered entities).

Supporting Digital transformation implementation of interfaces for automated connections between systems.

Supporting Team communication and events to the KYC community.

Working on media support preparation (training user guides Hub Newsletters etc)

Coordinating the actionsorganising the agenda and actively participating in the replacement of the compliance screening tool.

• Be the System Application Correspondent for the Compliance screeningTool (acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients).

• Support the project of implementation of a new compliance screening tool

This course will allow you to develop the following skills:

Increase your knowledge in Finance and Compliance

Work on a transversal project involving international stakeholders and departments

Get an expertise on the KYC with a focus on Anti-money Laundering (AML)

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC 4 5 level training in the field of Management Finance Economics Legal Compliance Information Management or similar field of study or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

You are a very good team player have excellent communication skills and are able to work independently

You know how to adapt to different situations and you are very well organized.

Language skills:

English: advance level.

French/other language: would be a plus
