Community Action Suffolk is looking for a Community Development Officer Sizewell C.

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our amazing Capacity Building Team working on a project funded by the Suffolk Community Foundation. We are looking for an officer to support Suffolks VCFSE community to access Sizewell C Community Funds through providing organisational development support.

Your role will be to act as a dedicated point of contact for Suffolk VCFSE organisations referred to us by the Suffolk Community Foundation providing one-to-one support delivering community consultations building the network across communities to develop key skills and knowledge to support successful submission of funding applications into the Sizewell C fund. You will be a CAS ambassador engaging our community designing and building support resources training presentations to enable and support communities across the Sizewell C radius.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with good written and presentation skills a proactive and engaging approach able to listen support and provide articulate support to a range of VCFSE communities. You will need to be a confident team player flexible resourceful and able to autonomously manage a demanding workload.
