Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers at the airport providing support and guidance throughout their travel experience - Handle check-in and boarding procedures ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently - Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Monitor flight schedules and assist with any changes or delays - Maintain a clean and organized work area including the airport lounge - Promote and sell airport services and products to customers - Provide support to passengers with special needs or disabilities - Keep updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in English and other local languages is a plus - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be physically able to stand walk and lift heavy luggage - Knowledge of computer systems and applications used in the aviation industry is preferred Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays. The contract duration will be discussed during the interview process.
