Job Summary
lobe Life AO is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Benefits Representatives. This is a remote opportunity supporting clients across North America.
Position Overview:
As a Benefits Representative you will connect with clients who have requested information about insurance and supplemental benefit programs. You will provide guidance explain available options and assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients (phone/video)
- Explain insurance and benefit options clearly and accurately
- Assist clients with applications and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Follow company compliance and service standards
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
