A leading customer service provider is seeking a German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist for an on-site role in Sofia Bulgaria. You will join a dynamic multicultural team supporting a major brand in the sports e-commerce sector. Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Support: Provide exceptional customer service via voice chat and email.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Escalation Management: Handle complex or escalated cases with diplomacy empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • System Management: Multitask across multiple internal systems and browser tabs simultaneously to find solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality solutions that ensure the best possible outcome for every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
  • Education: Completed high school diploma.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center customer service or BPO environment is an advantage (comprehensive training is provided).
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Mindset: Positive solution-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
  • Teamwork: A strong team player comfortable working in a diverse multicultural setting.
