Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Provide exceptional customer service via voice chat and email.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Escalation Management: Handle complex or escalated cases with diplomacy empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- System Management: Multitask across multiple internal systems and browser tabs simultaneously to find solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality solutions that ensure the best possible outcome for every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
- Education: Completed high school diploma.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center customer service or BPO environment is an advantage (comprehensive training is provided).
- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
